However, we understand that cancellations or refunds may sometimes be necessary. If you
wish to cancel a service request, you must notify us in writing at contact@webgap.com as
soon as possible. Cancellations are only considered if the service has not been initiated. Once
work has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
Refunds are provided under specific circumstances. If Webgapp is unable to fulfil the agreed
upon service, a full refund will be issued. If a cancellation request is made before the
commencement of work, a partial or full refund may be considered based on the progress
made. Once a service has been initiated or completed, no refunds will be applicable.
Subscription-based services are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Approved
refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and credited to the original payment
method.
