Monthly payroll processing for Singapore employers
Send us your hours and changes. We return a payroll ready to approve: pay, overtime, CPF, payslips and a bank file, checked by a second person before it reaches you.
Or call 6970 5539, Monday to Friday.
In every payroll run
- Pay worked out under the Employment Act for every employee
- CPF and SDL prepared for submission
- Itemised payslips and a bank file you release yourself
- A summary and variance report before you approve
What we calculate in your payroll
Outsourced payroll services are only as good as the calculations underneath. These are the items we work out for every employee, every month, under the Employment Act and CPF rules.
-
Basic pay and allowances
Monthly-rated, daily-rated and hourly-rated pay, fixed and variable allowances, and any increments or pay changes dated correctly.
-
Overtime, rest day and public holiday pay
Overtime at 1.5 times the hourly basic rate for employees covered by Part IV, checked against the 72-hour monthly limit. Rest day and public holiday work at the rates the law sets. Check a single employee with our overtime pay calculator.
-
Leave, part-month pay and leavers
Unpaid leave, mid-month joiners, resignations, leave encashment and final pay, each worked out with the formula that applies to that employee’s pay basis.
-
Deductions
Only deductions the Employment Act allows, such as recovering advances, kept within its limits, and authorised in writing where required.
-
CPF and SDL
CPF by age band, citizenship and PR year, with the Ordinary and Additional Wage ceilings applied, plus SDL for every employee. See our CPF submission service for the detail.
-
Payslips, bank file and records
Itemised payslips for each employee, a salary file for your bank’s GIRO or bulk payment service, and the salary records MOM expects you to keep.
What we check before you see it
Every payroll is prepared by one person and checked by another. These are the checks that catch the errors behind most salary claims and CPF corrections.
-
Variance against last monthEvery change in each employees pay is explained, or comes back to you as a question.
-
Overtime limitAnyone over or near 72 hours of overtime in the month is flagged.
-
CPF age bandsBirthdays that move an employee into a new band are picked up in the right month.
-
Declared salaries for pass holdersWork Permit holders paid at least what you declared to MOM. See work permit payroll.
-
Deduction limitsTotal deductions checked against Employment Act limits before release.

How we protect you
Your money stays with you
We never collect or hold salary funds. Wages move straight from your bank account to your employees.
Access through Corppass
You authorise us for CPF and IRAS services on Corppass and can remove that access at any time. We never ask for your passwords.
Personal data protected
Employee data is handled under the PDPA, with a data processing agreement for every client and a named Data Protection Officer.
Your payroll month, step by step
Salaries must be paid within 7 days after the end of the salary period, and overtime within 14 days. The cycle is built around those deadlines.
- By your cut-off date
Send us your changes
Timesheets, new hires, leavers and pay changes, by email, spreadsheet or photo of the time card.
- Within 2 working days
We calculate and check
One person prepares, another checks. Anything unusual comes back to you as a question.
- When you’re ready
You approve
A payroll summary and variance report showing what changed from last month and why.
- Pay day
You pay, we file
You release the bank file. We send payslips and prepare the CPF submission.
Beyond the monthly run
Some payroll work only comes round once a year, or when someone leaves. It is part of the service.
-
Year-end IR8A
Employee income prepared from the year’s payroll and submitted to IRAS. See IR8A and IR21 filing.
-
Rule changes
CPF rates for employees above 55 to 65 changed on 1 January 2026 and change again on 1 January 2027. We update your payroll before the first run affected.
-
Switching mid-year
We bring across year-to-date pay and CPF so bonuses and IR8A come out right. See payroll pricing for how the monthly fee is set.
Questions employers ask us
Something else on your mind? Call 6970 5539 and ask.
What exactly do you do each month?
We calculate pay for every employee, including overtime, rest day and public holiday pay, leave and deductions, then work out CPF and SDL, prepare itemised payslips and a bank payment file, and send you a summary and variance report to approve.
How long does a payroll run take?
We aim to return your payroll within 2 working days of receiving complete timesheets and changes, so salaries can go out within 7 days after the salary period.
Do you need access to our bank account?
No. We prepare a payment file, and you upload and approve it in your own internet banking. Salary money never passes through us.
What if a payslip is wrong?
If an error is ours, we correct it in the next run at no charge and help you put right any CPF or IRAS submission.
Do you keep the employment records MOM asks for?
We keep the payroll and salary records from every run and can give you copies at any time. MOM sets out which records employers must keep and for how long; see MOM on employment records.
