CPF submission service for Singapore employers
CPF and SDL worked out for every employee by age, citizenship and PR year, with bonus ceilings applied, and prepared for submission before the due date every month.
Or call 6970 5539, Monday to Friday.
When is CPF due?
CPF contributions for a month are due on the last day of that month. Late payment interest is charged from the day after the due date, and the CPF Board can take enforcement action if contributions stay unpaid.

The CPF mistakes we prevent
Most CPF corrections come from the same few causes. Each one is a check in our monthly run.
-
Wrong age band after a birthday
Rates change when an employee moves into a new age band. We track every employee’s date of birth and apply the new rate from the right month.
-
New PRs on full rates too early
PRs in their first two years contribute at lower graduated rates, unless the employer and employee agree to full rates. We record each PR’s start date and move them up at the right time.
-
Bonuses over the Additional Wage ceiling
CPF on bonuses is capped at S$102,000 minus the Ordinary Wages subject to CPF for the year. With the Ordinary Wage ceiling now S$8,000, less of a bonus attracts CPF for high earners. We track the ceiling for every employee all year.
-
Allowances left out
Regular allowances are generally part of Ordinary Wages for CPF, not extras on top. We classify each pay item once and apply it every month.
-
Backdated pay and leavers
Backdated increments and final pay for leavers need CPF worked out under the right month’s rules. We handle both in the same run.
-
Late submission
When payroll runs late, CPF follows. Our cycle prepares your submission well before the due date. See the CPF Board on enforcement and penalties.
How our CPF service works
CPF is worked out as part of your monthly payroll processing, so the figures on payslips and in the submission always match.

Questions employers ask us
Something else on your mind? Call 6970 5539 and ask.
When are CPF contributions due?
CPF contributions for a month are due on the last day of that month. Late payment interest is charged from the day after the due date. See CPF Board on the due date.
Do you submit CPF for us?
We prepare the CPF and SDL submission through the Corppass access you grant us. Payment comes from your own account, and you can remove our access at any time.
What are the CPF rates for 2026?
For wages above S$750 a month, total CPF from 1 January 2026 is 37% for employees aged 55 and below, 34% above 55 to 60, 25% above 60 to 65, 16.5% above 65 to 70 and 12.5% above 70. See CPF Board contribution rates.
How do you handle new Permanent Residents?
PRs in their first two years of PR status contribute at lower graduated rates unless the employer and employee agree to apply full rates. We record each PR’s start date and move them to the right rate at the right time.
What happens to CPF on a bonus?
A bonus is an Additional Wage. CPF on it is capped by the Additional Wage ceiling: S$102,000 minus the employee’s Ordinary Wages subject to CPF for the year. We track this for every employee.
Do foreign employees pay CPF?
No. CPF is only for Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents. The Skills Development Levy is still payable for foreign employees. See foreign worker payroll.
